Gaining an internship in any of these groups means the opportunity to work on some of the nation's largest and most complex engagements for Fortune 100 companies and law firms while working with and learning from FTI's numerous industry experts.
FTI Interns are challenged to integrate themselves within our engagement teams and work towards meeting individual and group goals and objectives. Training and development is an integral part of our internship programs. With the support of a Performance Manager, each intern participates in a thorough evaluation process whereby feedback is shared on a regular and consistent basis throughout the internship.
In an effort to educate and excite our intern class about all of FTI’s service offerings and practice groups, webinars are delivered on a weekly basis by leaders within the Firm. It is the goal of the internship program that individuals walk away with a solid understanding of both the Firm and the overall industry.
For most interns, the program concludes with a 3-day Intern Leadership Conference where interns from across the country come together to network and learn more about FTI as well as take part in a variety of leadership exercises and activities. In a very special way, our interns are invited to partner with FTI on giving back to the community by taking part in a philanthropic activity during the conference. |
