FTI's Ken Reed is part of a three-member panel which is further comprised of Hon. David W. Evans, Dallas Judge 193rd District Court and Hon. John Dietz, Austin Judge, 250th District Court. The presentation is titled: "Technology that Works and Does Not Work in the Courtroom."
For Mr. Reed's part of the presentation, he will be using a winnowed down version of his CLE presentation entitled, "Using Technology as a Persuasive Litigation Tool."
