FTI and Bryan Cave are co-sponsors of The Economist's first ever Class Action Forum. In light of recent Congressional class action suits legislation passed, multi-state large class actions now will be transferred to federal court. The Class Action Forum will review such critical and timely issues as the impact of class actions on D&O liability coverage, emerging trends and developments in reform, guidlines for internal compliance and audit procedures, and litigation PR, an essential element of crisis management.
