Spanning the entire litigation lifecycle, FTI provides a comprehensive suite of application tools and services to help clients acquire hard copy and electronic documents, cull non-responsive information, review and code potentially responsive documents, produce those documents for opposing counsel, and ultimately manage the presentation of information in the court setting.
Our services cover every phase of litigation:
Acquisition
–
Ringtail
provides a collection of advanced electronic discovery and analysis techniques, as well as native file processing services. These services can quickly extract e-mail and other data from hard drives and a variety of message stores, as well as provide the data in a specified format. This information also can be provided in Ringtail Legal format for use in a Ringtail system or be directly uploaded into a case on an FTI Ringtail ASP.
Culling
– Given the exponential rise in volume of electronic information in every network, companies need to be able to quickly separate the wheat from the chaff. FTI provides several services, including Attenex, to help identify potentially responsive information. FTI also provides de-duplication and near-duplication detection services for the FTI Ringtail ASP client to help reduce the document set to a more manageable level.
Review and coding
– Ringtail Legal provides the industry’s most scalable and configurable web-centric platform for speedy review and coding of documents. With just an Internet Explorer browser, a team is able to review and code documents anywhere. And clients can install Ringtail Legal at their site, or quickly launch a case with the FTI Ringtail ASP.
Ringtail has been used in some of the largest litigation on the planet – involving 100 million pages and more. While a case may not be 1 million pages today, should the case grow, rest assured that Ringtail Legal 2005 provides both the power and the speed to view images and complete queries across an entire document population in a matter of seconds.
Production
– Whether a client is managing the occasional production of a few documents or frequent productions of millions of documents for hundreds of lawyers, Ringtail Legal has the power and flexibility to scale and meet individual document production needs.
Presentation
– The software product
