Ringtail PartnersRingtail partners are qualified businesses—such as service bureaus, value-added resellers, systems integrators or independent hardware and software vendors—who provide Ringtail’s e-discovery and litigation support software and consulting to the corporate, government and legal markets. Partners undergo a rigorous certification process to ensure they meet the high standards of expertise and service for which FTI Ringtail is known. There are three types of partners, providing different levels of service.
Ringtail Service Partners offer Ringtail data processing and loading services. Service Partners with certified Ringtail Administrators on staff can provide technical assistance to Ringtail clients.
Ringtail Technology Partners integrate Ringtail with other technologies—such as search, e-mail archiving, compliance management, enterprise content management, enterprise security, transcript management, document collection and document conversion—to provide more comprehensive solutions to clients.

Attenex Patterns is an industry-leading content analysis and document review software that can be combined with Ringtail to speed culling and identification of relevant data. Attenex Patterns goes beyond traditional keyword search and concept techniques by enabling electronic documents to be organized according to the similarity of their content—with documents containing closely related subjects clustered together. The document clusters create a visual map of the entire collection, allowing reviewers to analyze documents as a group rather than individually to quickly gain a high-level understanding of a collection’s main concepts and easily categorize documents, or entire document clusters, as responsive or non-responsive.
